Each piece of furniture is individually manufactured according to your wishes, which is why delivery times may vary depending on the choice of materials and colors. We will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

The delivery process: When the product is ready for delivery, we will contact you by phone to determine together when you are available to receive the package.

IMPORTANT: When opening your seat box, NEVER use a cutter or any object that can cut or damage the material.

Customization options :  We have the possibility to manufacture this product from other materials, and for larger orders we can also use the customer's material.

For regular cleaning, it is enough to wipe the product lightly with a cotton cloth.

NEVER USE agents that break down materials, cleaning powders or hazardous substances containing chlorine and aromatic compounds.

Natural buffalo leather
Caring for buffalo leather is not difficult, just wipe the surface of the leather with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Chemical solvents and thinners (acetone, benzine, trichloroethylene) or cleaning agents with abrasive effects should never be used on textiles, artificial leather and leather.

Fabric and velvet
Clean up liquid spills immediately and blot with a clean cloth. Do not rub the fabric as the stain will spread. Use a fabric cleaner to remove any remaining stains. For light, superficial dirt, you can clean the product by wiping with a damp cloth using a mixture of water and a tablespoon of vinegar. If necessary, you can also add a small glob of dishwashing liquid to make the stains even easier to remove. Chemical solvents and thinners (acetone, benzine, trichlorethylene) or cleaning agents with abrasive effects should never be used on textiles, artificial leather and leather.

Natural wood
For regular cleaning, it is sufficient to occasionally wipe the surface with a damp cloth. Immediately wipe off tea, coffee, wine, water, chocolate, etc. stains. with a damp cloth before the color pigments settle into the pores of the wood surface.

metal
Avoid harsh chemicals: Do not use harsh chemicals to clean your metal furniture as they can damage the surface of the metal. A microfiber cloth is ideal for removing dirt from metal. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or metal sponges.
