You can place an order with us through our order form, by email or by phone. After ordering, you will receive a proforma invoice detailing the products ordered and your personal details. If you notice an error in your order, you must contact us immediately. If this does not happen, we understand that you accept the order details (prices, products, delivery or billing dates, etc.) as they are written.
Acceptance of an order from us occurs when you are notified by email that the courier company has picked up the package.
When refusing an order, you will be notified by email of the reason for the refusal.
We may refuse an order if:
– we do not have the ordered product in stock. It is possible that a product appears in stock on the site, but is ordered by phone or email. The site is updated at a certain time interval and there may be small inaccuracies regarding the actual stock displayed.
– there was an error related to the price or product description
– you are not eligible to place an order (you are under the legal age, you have made orders in the past that you did not pick up, etc.)

All promotions carried out by eScaun.ro are valid within the limit of available stock. We cannot grant additional discounts for products on promotion.
The warranty is provided based on the tax invoice, the warranty certificate which must be correctly completed, the product that is the subject of the warranty, together with a written mention of the defect. The purchased item must be presented with all the accessories with which the product was delivered.
During the warranty period the manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace the subassembly that proves to be defective.
The warranty covers only those defects that occur during normal use of the product and does not apply to actions that do not comply with the instructions for use (mechanical impacts, scratches, exceeding the maximum permissible weight, etc.).
The cost of sending the product for which a warranty is granted to the service unit is the responsibility of the buyer, with our company bearing the cost of sending the repaired product to the buyer.
The period for resolving the complaint from the date of notification is that provided by law, the warranty being extended by the duration during which the product was under repair.
If the product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with another product chosen by the buyer, with payment of the price difference.
If the buyer does not want another product, the customer will be refunded the amount paid for the product, reduced in proportion to the number of months of use of the product within the 24-month warranty period. (e.g. if the product was used for 6 months, 6/24 = 75% of the amount initially paid will be refunded).
What happens if the customer receives a defective / non-compliant product?
SC FIESTA IW SRL asks that all products be checked as soon as you receive them.
You can inform us of any damage or discrepancies within 3 business days of the delivery date.
Returns are not accepted for products customized according to the buyer's specifications, in accordance with GEO no. 34/2014, art. 16 letter c .
Any complaint regarding the condition of the products delivered to the buyer will be reported in writing by completing the form on the contact page or to the e-mail address contact@escaun.ro . You will need to provide the invoice number, product name, alleged damages and, where applicable, photos.
SC FIESTA IW SRL wishes to bring to the customer's attention that the right of return does not apply in the following situations:
- for ordering goods that are made to the customer's specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs;
- personalized products or those that have been made according to your requirements;
- in the event of cancellation of an order for personalized products that have entered the execution process, you will agree to pay the full amount for those products;
- products that are observed to have been used;
- defective products that were damaged after you received them or while returning them;
Who is responsible for paying delivery fees when returning products?
Delivery charges will be the responsibility of the buyer except in cases where the products are damaged, defective or incomplete.
Please note that if the products whose return is requested have damaged or incomplete packaging, signs of wear, scratches, bumps, electric shocks, missing accessories, we reserve the right to decide to accept the return or to withhold an amount from the value of the product, an amount that will be communicated after assessing the damages caused.
How long does it take to get the money back?
In case of exercising the legal right to return the product, the refund of its value will be made within 30 days of return.
The refunded amount and the return conditions do not include shipping costs.
"Customers" or "consumers" are ONLY NATURAL PERSONS. Legally-owned customers do not have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, as the legislation in this field refers only to natural persons.
