Leather is a durable, elegant, flexible, strong and durable material.
We use buffalo leather for our products, these are durable and robust hides with coarse pores. Unlike normal cowhide, buffalo hide has a significantly coarser porosity. This is the reason why buffalo leather is our favorite for benches, chairs, sofas and armchairs.
With this type of skin, ecological dyes penetrate deep into the pores during the coloring process without changing the surface of the skin. Its structure remains unchanged.
The natural buffalo leather is washed by hand in our factory, then a layer of elastic water-based paint is applied to prevent color loss. The skin is then impregnated with a transparent wax. This makes the leather resistant to liquids and other pollution.
All our leather complies with strict regulations and EU guidelines regarding the use and presence of PCP, CFC, Chromo (VI) and AZO dyes during the dyeing process. Due to the nature of leather, color differences may occur between different color batches.

The skin is made on the granulated side, which is characterized by various injuries, such as healed scars and insect bites, bald or thickened areas. Velvet (ADORE & BONNIE) , also known as velour, is a soft and shiny fabric. The fabric has a luxurious look and goes well with different interior styles. The soft velvet fabric is made from open loop woven cotton. The curls are cut, creating small "hairs" that give the velvet its distinctive appearance.
The fabric (FUSION) , offers a soft feeling to the touch, having a full and woolly grip, giving the furniture a rich appearance. The fabric is characterized by multicolored shades, adding more diversity and visual appeal.

Thus, a layer of paint of greater resistance is sprayed, which is distributed evenly on the surface on which it is applied. Being in powder form, the color does not flow, nor do different accumulations occur that can affect its distribution or visual appearance.
There are 3 essential stages that we take into account in the electrostatic painting process:
– this starts with the thorough cleaning of the surface to be painted.
– the next step is to introduce the cleaned object into the painting booth, where a uniform, well-distributed layer is applied.
- finally, the object must be placed in a special oven, at high temperatures, where it is left until the paint dries and can be used.
The method of painting with liquid in an electrostatic field with solvent-based or water-based liquid paint has proven to be more and more used, having a large number of advantages that cannot be ignored.

- we can paint large pieces that cannot be placed in the oven.
